Eligibility Requirements
1. 2.0 GPA  minimum
2. Health Physical Clearance,
3. Can  not play in any games while in season with another team of the same sport.

BOYS 2nd Chance Tryouts, August 8, 9, 10 7 to 9:30 pm
Boys Soccer  Tryouts,  May 30 thru June 2nd. > 6pm to 9pm
Girls Soccer Tryouts, June 26 thru June 30th > 6 pm to 8 pm. 

Tryouts will be held on the BHS Athletics Field.
Best parking option is the parking garage on the corner of Third St. and Delaware Rd. 

Health Physical  Mandatory ~ 

All physicals  will need to be submitted online before Tuesday May 30th.
The earlier, the better. To allow the office to review your submission.  

A Health Physical needs to be completed before a student can participate with any school related sports.
This includes, tryouts, practices and games.

Please don't create extra accounts when completing the Physical Clearance process. An extra account that is incomplete can result in the system flagging the player as ineligible.

• Click on Link > https://athleticclearance.com/

• Click on California

• Click on Cerate and account

• Fill out "register" form

• Click Register > they will send you an email with a verification link. 

• Go to your email, find their email, click on verification link

• Click on "Start Clearance Here" ( top right )

• You will see "Clearance Setup" enter "Burbank" and select the first choice. 

  • ( their are 2  Burbank High Schools in California, )

  • Verify the correct address, > 902 N Third St. Burbank, CA. 91502

• Select year 2023 / 2024

• Select your sports Soccer, 

  • and any other sport you may play. 

• Start filling out the rest of the forms that follow. 

• At the end, it will allow you upload the your physical form. 

  • Scan it, or take a picture of it, and upload that file. 

• Once submitted, the office will may take a couple days to approve your submission and clear you to participate.

When getting your physical done, it can be your own doctor, or any other doctor.  Don't wait for an appointment that's weeks away. 

Physicals can be completed at most local urgent cares, and health clinics. Including, Wal-Greens, Target and CVS.
